| BUTTERFLY PRETZELS |

Have children make a scene of grass, trees and flowers on a piece of manila paper. Glue or staple this to a stiff backing. For each pretzel butterfly, you will need one straight pretzel for the body and two knotted pretzels for the wings. Place glue on one side of the straight pretzel and place in sky of picture. Put glue on one side of a knotted pretzel and lay it on the paper next to a long side of the straight pretzel. Repeat with other pretzel. Add as many butterflies as is appropriate to the size of the paper.
